Azukal de Papa is an online business selling pastries through Instagram. It started its journey during the Pandemic in August 2021. The business is known for its delectable pastries such as Classic Chocolate Chunky Cookies, BnW Chocolate Chunky Cookies, Midnight Chocolate Chunky Cookies, Chocolate Mousse Cake, Apple Crumble with toasted walnuts, and Banana Bread with Dark Chocolate Chips, and Toasted Walnuts.

The owner, John Sinogbuhan has always been fond of baking. When the Pandemic happened, he had much free time, and thus, with the time on his side, he could develop and enhance his baking skills. In August 2021, he finally decided to open up a small online business to sell his pastries through Instagram. As months go by, Azukal de Papa has gained loyal customers and has also caught the eye of some local businesses like bean brewing, Coffee Culture, and Always Coffee which had an interest in retailing Azukal de Papa’s pastries.
